Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing their products & a few answers to help.
How long it takes you to process and ship an order, from the time it is placed?
Some items can be processed and shipped as soon as the same day. However, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Please note that orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.
Can I exchange or return an order?
Unfortunately, at this time, Luminous Body Skincare is not processing returns and exchanges for the health and safety of our customers.

Are there exceptions for non-returnable items?
No exceptions! personal care goods such as beauty products and custom products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer any refunds. We are only permitted to issue refunds if the company is at fault. There are absolutely NO refunds. Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mailbox, we will help you open a claim with USPS, but we will not issue a refund or resend the order as we are not to be held responsible for loss or damages caused by a third party. Once the order has been shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number and a link.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Chances of receiving a defective item are very rare, but it could happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of a product which shows a defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement. Our email address is gluminousbodyskincare.com.
Customers have three days to report an item as defective or damaged or request a replacement of the same item if the company is at fault. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you only have seven business days to return the item for the correct order.
